1. نطاق السياسة
تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق SpicyWiFi Agent وخدماته المرتبطة بإدارة الحسابات والاشتراكات والمشتركين وأجهزة الشبكة، النسخ السحابي، الإشعارات، الأدوات المالية، وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي الاختيارية.
2. البيانات التي نعالجها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، معرّف الحساب، حالة الاشتراك، الدور والصلاحيات.
- بيانات العمل التي يضيفها المستخدم: المشتركين، الفواتير، الديون، التسديدات، الصندوق، المخزن، الملاحظات والتقارير.
- بيانات الشبكة والأجهزة: عناوين IP، نوع وموديل الجهاز، حالة الاتصال، الإشارة، الترافيك، السجلات وبيانات التشخيص التي يطلب المستخدم قراءتها.
- بيانات التكاملات الاختيارية: إعدادات SAS Radius وEarthlink وTelegram وأجهزة الشبكة والخدمات التي يربطها المستخدم.
- بيانات تقنية وأمنية: نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، حالة App Check/Integrity، أخطاء الاتصال، وسجلات أمنية وتشغيلية لازمة لحماية الخدمة.
3. أغراض الاستخدام
- إنشاء الحساب وتسجيل الدخول وتطبيق الاشتراك والصلاحيات.
- عرض وإدارة المشتركين والأجهزة والبيانات المالية التي يضيفها المستخدم.
- مزامنة البيانات بين أجهزة المستخدم عند تفعيل المزامنة أو النسخ السحابي.
- تشغيل الإشعارات والتنبيهات والتقارير والأدوات التي يختارها المستخدم.
- تشخيص الأعطال، تحسين الاستقرار، منع إساءة الاستخدام وحماية الحساب والخدمة.
4. الذكاء الاصطناعي — SpicyWiFi AI Network Copilot
عند استخدام ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي، قد تُرسل رسالة المستخدم والسياق التقني الضروري لتنفيذ الطلب إلى خوادم SpicyWiFi وإلى مزود خدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي المعتمد من الخدمة، مثل OpenRouter أو مزود بديل عند تغيير البنية التشغيلية.
لا نطلب من المستخدم إدخال كلمات المرور أو المفاتيح السرية في محادثة الذكاء الاصطناعي. يفضّل عدم إدخال أي سر أو بيانات غير لازمة لتنفيذ الطلب.
5. التخزين والحماية
نستخدم وسائل الحماية المتاحة في كل منصة، بما في ذلك Android Keystore ووسائل التخزين الآمن على Android وApple Keychain على iOS عندما ينطبق ذلك. كما نستخدم وسائل تحقق من سلامة التطبيق والجهاز مثل Firebase App Check، وPlay Integrity على Android، وApp Attest/DeviceCheck على iOS حيث تكون مفعّلة.
تُستخدم الاتصالات المشفرة عبر HTTPS/TLS مع الخدمات السحابية. وقد تُشفّر بعض النسخ الاحتياطية أو البيانات الحساسة قبل أو أثناء التخزين بحسب نوع الميزة.
6. الإشعارات
قد يستخدم التطبيق Firebase Cloud Messaging وخدمات Apple Push Notification service (APNs) لإرسال إشعارات تتعلق بالحساب أو الشبكة أو التنبيهات التي يفعّلها المستخدم. يمكن للمستخدم تعطيل الإشعارات من إعدادات الجهاز.
7. الجهات والخدمات المساندة
قد يعتمد التطبيق، بحسب الميزة المستخدمة، على خدمات من Google Firebase وGoogle Play Integrity وApple App Attest/DeviceCheck وAPNs، ومزود الذكاء الاصطناعي، إضافة إلى تكاملات يضيفها المستخدم مثل Telegram وSAS Radius وEarthlink وأجهزة الشبكة.
تخضع معالجة هذه الجهات لسياساتها وشروطها الخاصة، ولا نبيع البيانات الشخصية للمعلنين أو لجهات خارجية.
8. المشاركة والإعلانات
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية
لا يستخدم SpicyWiFi Agent البيانات الشخصية لبيعها للمعلنين. وإذا أضيفت مستقبلاً خدمة إعلانات أو تتبع جديدة فسيتم تحديث هذه السياسة والإفصاحات المطلوبة في المتاجر قبل استخدامها.
9. الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة بالخدمة بقدر ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة أو تنفيذ المتطلبات الأمنية والتشغيلية. يمكن للمستخدم حذف حسابه من داخل التطبيق أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب.

10. حقوق المستخدم
يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو الاستفسار عن طريقة معالجتها، من خلال التطبيق أو عبر وسائل التواصل الموضحة أدناه.
11. الأطفال
SpicyWiFi Agent أداة مهنية لإدارة الشبكات والأعمال وليست موجّهة للأطفال.
12. التغييرات على السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزات أو تكاملات جديدة أو عند تغيير المتطلبات التنظيمية أو متطلبات Google Play وApple App Store. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى هذه الصفحة.
1. Scope
This policy applies to SpicyWiFi Agent and related services used to manage accounts, subscriptions, subscribers, network devices, cloud sync, notifications, financial tools, and optional AI features.
2. Data We Process
- Account data: name, email address, phone number, account identifier, subscription status, role, and permissions.
- User-provided business data: subscribers, invoices, debts, payments, cashbox entries, inventory, notes, and reports.
- Network and device data: IP addresses, device type/model, connectivity status, signal, traffic, logs, and diagnostic data requested by the user.
- Optional integrations: settings for SAS Radius, Earthlink, Telegram, and network devices or services connected by the user.
- Technical and security data: device/OS type, App Check or integrity status, connection errors, and security/operational logs needed to protect the service.
3. How We Use Data
- To create accounts, authenticate users, and apply subscription and access permissions.
- To provide subscriber, device, accounting, reporting, and network-management features.
- To sync data across the user's devices when cloud sync or backup is enabled.
- To deliver notifications, alerts, reports, and tools selected by the user.
- To diagnose errors, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and protect accounts and the service.
4. AI Features
When SpicyWiFi AI Network Copilot is used, the user's prompt and technical context required to answer it may be transmitted to SpicyWiFi servers and to the AI provider used by the service, such as OpenRouter or another provider if the service architecture changes.
Do not enter passwords, private keys, or other unnecessary secrets into AI chat.
5. Storage and Security
We use platform security features where applicable, including Android secure storage/Keystore and Apple Keychain on iOS. Integrity and anti-abuse controls may include Firebase App Check, Google Play Integrity on Android, and Apple App Attest/DeviceCheck on iOS.
Network connections to cloud services use HTTPS/TLS. Some backups or sensitive data may also be encrypted before or during storage depending on the feature.
6. Notifications
The app may use Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service (APNs) for account, network, or user-enabled alerts. Notifications can be disabled in the device settings.
7. Service Providers and Integrations
Depending on the feature used, the app may rely on Google Firebase, Google Play Integrity, Apple App Attest/DeviceCheck, APNs, an AI service provider, and user-configured integrations such as Telegram, SAS Radius, Earthlink, and network devices.
These services process data under their own privacy terms. SpicyWiFi does not sell personal data to advertisers or other third parties.
8. Advertising and Data Sale
We do not sell personal data
If advertising or new tracking technology is introduced in the future, this policy and the required store disclosures will be updated before such use.
9. Retention and Deletion
We retain account and service data only as reasonably needed to provide the service and meet security or operational requirements. Users can delete their account in the app or through the account deletion page.

10. User Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or ask how it is processed, through the app or by contacting us.
11. Children
SpicyWiFi Agent is a professional network-management tool and is not directed to children.
12. Policy Updates
We may update this policy when features, integrations, legal requirements, or Google Play / Apple App Store requirements change. The latest update date is shown at the top of this page.
